Chantel Moses, 33, of Wainfleet Road, Skegness. At Louth, on February 24 2019, committed assault by beating. Committed to prison for 16 weeks, suspended for 12 months. At Louth, on the same date, used threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress thereby. No separate penalty. At Skegness, on January 1 2019, assaulted a police constable, acting in their functions as an emergency worker, by beating them. At Skegness, on the same date, used threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress thereby, and the offence was racially aggravated. No separate penalty. At Louth, on the previous day, assaulted a police constable, acting in the exercise of their functions as an emergency worker, by beating them. In each case, committed to prison for 16 weeks, suspended for 12 months, to run concurrent to other terms. Proceedings to consider the making of a Criminal Behaviour Order following conviction on October 29 for offences of assault by beating, harassment, four counts of assault of an emergency worker, racially aggravated assault, assault of a police constable, possession of a class B drug, and being drunk and disorderly. Criminal Behaviour Order made for three years, prohibiting behaviour that causes or is likely to cause nuisance or annoyance to any persons in Louth; and shouting, swearing at, or intimidating by any means other persons from the windows of or outside any address at which she resides; and making it mandatory that she engages with a suitable agency to address substance abuse and anger management issues. At Doncaster, on July 6, 2019, when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen/s of breath for analysis in the course of an investigation into whether she had committed an offence failed without reasonable excuse to do so. Committed to prison for 16 weeks, suspended for 12 months, to run concurrent to other terms. Requirements, as above. Disqualified from driving for three years. Driving record endorsed. At Barton Upon Humber, had in her possession 2.8 grams of cannabis – a class B drug. No separate penalty. Cannabis to be forfeited and destroyed. At Barton Upon Humber, on August 17, 2019, in a public place, namely the Humber Bridge Country Hotel car park, were guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. No separate penalty. At Louth, on September 28, 2019, assaulted a police officer acting in the exercise of their functions as an emergency worker – two counts. In each case, committed to prison for 16 weeks concurrent, suspended for 12 months. Requirements, as above. At Louth, on the same date, resisted a police inspector, a police sergeant, and two police constables in the execution of their duty. No separate penalty. Overall length of sentence: 16 weeks.

BURGLARY

Steven Colthart, 37, of Sunningdale Close, Chapel St Leonards. At Chapel St Leonards, in Trunch Lane, having entered as a trespasser part of a building – namely, the Happy Days Club – stole therein cash to the value of £260. Community order made. Rehabilitation activity Requirement. Unpaid Work Requirement: 40 hours. Compensation £260. £40 costs.

Westley Linnen, 42, formerly of Sea View Road, Skegness. At Romford, Essex, entered as a trespasser part of a building – namely, the manager’s office of the King Harold public house – with intent to steal. Committed to prison for six months. £122 victim surcharge. At Skegness, on a later date, committed assault by beating. Committed to prison for six weeks. At Skegness, on the same date, damaged a mobile phone belonging to another, intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. No separate penalty. Overall length of sentence: six months.
