Country and western show boosts charity

A country and western inspired show, organised by holiday homes park company Laver Leisure, raised £371 for the Lincs and Notts Air Ambulance.

The annual May show featured a line dancers, country and western singer Warren Dewitt, the Crazy Horse Saloon, a barbecue and tombola.

The aim of the event is to enable people learn what Laver Leisure, which owns 11 parks in the Skegness area, is all about and have family orientated fun, while helping charity and providing entertainment.

Staff dressed up in cowboy hats and boots and invited everybody to participate in the dancing, while having free burgers and beers.

Husky’s Ices came along to provide free ice-creams from the van, while other local contractors provided tombola prizes and introduced themselves to the customers.
