As well as offering a coffee shop and cafe trade, the site will also allow the public to watch chocolate being made - and even make their own chocs.

Ted Hames said: “We wanted to create something that would appeal to families really, and give those eating in the cafe a bit of an experience as well and thought we’d try something a bit creative.”

Skegness Mayor Steve Kirk opened the site. He said: “As a mayor you get to go to many special things, but it is always extra special when you get to open a new business.

“The Hames already own several businesses in the town, providing jobs and propserity for many people. This new venture is fantastic beacuse I don’t know anyone who doesn’t love chocolate.”
