Community groups and charities can find out how to ensure they are ‘fit for funding’ at a workshop taking place in Spilsby next week.
The two-hour interractive workshop, being offered by Lincolnshire Community and Voluntary Service (LCVS), is designed to help groups ensure they have everything necessary in place to apply for and be awarded funding and grants.
Ruth Copleston, LCVS senior community development and volunteering officer, said: “This interactive workshop will help you to create a checklist so you’re ready to apply for funding, whether it’s a £200 grant to buy exercise mats or £200,000 to renovate a historic building.”
Places on the workshop are limited to 16 and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. It takes place 2-4pm, Wednesday, June 29, at the New Life Centre, in Church Street.
