A popular east coast holiday park has been sold for a reported £5million.
Savills, on behalf of a private vendor, has sold Stevensons Golden Sands Ltd in Lincolnshire to Laver Leisure Ltd.
Located between Skegness and Chapel St Leonards, the site has been developed to accommodate 355 static caravans. The holiday caravan park also features amenity buildings, club with bar and arcade, workshop, laundrette, reception and grocery store.
Robert Gale-Hasleham, director of leisure and trading at Savills, said: “This was the first time this family run business had ever come to market and we received a good amount of interest.
“The popular beachside location and on site amenities further added to the attraction of this well establish holiday caravan park, and we’re pleased to have secured the sale on behalf the vendors.”
