The annual Spilsby Bike Night roared into town last Tuesday.

The event is organised by husband-and-wife-team Peter and Lisa McDowell, of Spilsby’s Wildmans Motorcycles and Scooters, and typically attracts many hundreds of visitors to the town.

First held in 2009, it has evolved from a gathering of bikers to more or a family-orientated event.

As wall as a wide range of motorbikes on show, from 1930s classics to modern superbikes, the event features live entertainment.

It also sees many of the town’s cafés and pubs opening late to offer food and drink.

Among the bands performing on the evening was Spilsby’s Dr Franken Fish.
