New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of North East Lincolnshire’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of North East Lincolnshire’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

New Golden Bridge Takeaway, at Hainton Avenue, Grimsby was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on February 9.

And China House, at Pasture Street, Grimsby was given a score of three on January 31.

It means that of North East Lincolnshire's 177 takeaways with ratings, 124 (70%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
