A music festival will be taking place in Chapel St Leonards shortly bringing family entertainment, games and fun.
The Music Consortium Group will be hosting SeasideFest 2013 which will be at The Bank, Anderby Road from August 9-11 , with live music and more.
Acts will include The Paper Street Soap Company, Nurse Roberts and the Medicine man, Jack London and more.
“For the SeasideFest the focus is on providing family entertainment with activities and games and a music workshop for children and beginners as well as an array of some of the finest acts from across the country in a location just yards from unspoilt beach,” said a spokesperson.
“This is the first SeasideFest we have held in this area but we are hoping its success will mean we can make it an annual event and add it to the list of our other locations,” they added.
This year funds will go to The Radcliffe Donkey Sanctuary in Huttoft, and the national charity BLESMA, who care for severely injured forces veterans.
“Proceeds from this event will be divided equally between these two worthy causes,” the spokesperson added.
