A football project teaching youngsters about using good manners on the pitch had kicked off in Skegness 10 years ago.

Fairplay Football saw youngsters aged 13-16 learn the importance of being respectful to team mates and opponents, to win without gloating, and lose without complaining.

Taking the form of a six-week tournament, it was held at Skegness Grammar School.
