RECENT NOSTALGIA: Council opens doors to leisure facilities
Tennis coach Dorett Hughes was serving up advice 10 years ago when East Lindsey District Council opened the doors of its leisure facilities for free.
The initiative gave children and adults the chance to sample the sports on offer.
In Skegness, it saw people go along to Skegness Sports Centre, at St Clement’s College, to try their hands at tai chi, netball, gymnastics, as well as tennis.
