Organisers are promising July’s Louth Food Festival will be the biggest and best ever.
Sunday, July 14 is the date for your diaries for the fourth annual event in the town cenre.
The festival will fill the town from 10am to 4pm with nearly 100 market stalls showcasing the excellence and variety of the area’s local produce, plus some with an international flavour.
Local shops, encouraged by the success of previous events organised by the Louth Town Partnership, will open their doors to add to the festive atmosphere.
All kinds of food and beverages will be on sale, including many local favourites.
The festival will culminate three weeks of musical and other cultural and sporting activities supported by the Partnership under the umbrella of the Louth Zero Degrees Festival.
As well as food stalls, the market has attracted a range of arts and crafts traders while an all-day programme of music and entertainment will ensure an enjoyable time for everyone.
Look out for more details.
