Bar set for rebrand

PUB CHAIN Yates’s will be opening up in town next Thursday where it will take over the former Litten Tree premises in Grand Parade.

A celebratory launch party will be taking place on the day where a real diamond, worth £1,000 will be up for grabs for a lucky visitor.

To celebrate the launch, there will be a glamourous purple carpet with special guests, Skegness Mayor Steve Kirk and Mayoress Cath Kirk.

There will be a champagne and canape reception for invited guests from 6pm and the doors will open at 9pm for the public where the diamond giveaway will begin. Entry costs £2 and proceeds will go to Radcliffe Donkey Sanctuary.

The Litten Tree was set to close on Monday (March 5) and over £150,000 will be spent to transform the pub into the latest Yates’s look.
