NOSTALGIA: Boston Grammar School gets swimming pool in 1965
Taking the plunge into their new £6,000 swimming pool for the first time in May 1965 were the boys of Boston Grammar School.
The 66ft long pool was installed to train non-swimmers and improve the strength of others.
Also built were changing rooms, a boiler house, and a filtration plant.
