Council caution on farm development
Town councillors in Horncastle have deferred supporting plans to build a house and a detached garage at a farm in Hemingby Lane, West Ashby.
Stonegate Farmers Ltd, the owners of Bain Valley Farm (South), have submitted an application to ELDC.
Councillors say that before they could back the scheme, the proposed property must have an agricultural tie.
