Since lockdown began, Phoenix Fitness has run live classes on Facebook.

Inside gyms are among the leisure activities that were not allowed to re-open on Saturday and the owner was left to sweat out ways of operating within Government guidelines.

"We had a fantastic response," said gym owner Jack Johnson.

"We are opening at the farm until we can open the gym in Skegness again.

"It was a very bitter pill to swallow when we were told we could not open yet so we wanted to give members something special.

"We've created a tough mudder-style assault course which all the family, including dogs, enjoyed, and a free bar and barbecue for all members."
