SLIDESHOW: Panto time for Wroot Amateur Players

The annual panto was another great success for local drama group the Wroot Amateur Players this year.

The group put on a production of Cinderella, written by Ben Crocker, earlier this month.

It was met with a great reception from the audience.

Villager Jane Aconley praised the production.

She said: “Once again Wroot Amateur Players brightened up January with the fantastic panto Cinderella.

“I am sure that all the village appreciate the hard work and dedication and the months of rehearsing sewing and painting.

“Special mention for the children who were faultless. Well done and thank you,” she added.
