Skegness racer Josh Rayman posted his best ever results in the British 125cc Superkart championship at Anglesey.
After a troubled 2014, Josh has spent this season getting to grips with a new outfit run by Metheringham-based Parker Motorsport.
With three days at the Welsh circuit, he found his feet in testing.
Despite intermittent brake issues, he qualified 12th.
Rayman showed how well the outfit was working for him by taking 11th in the opening race, finishing close behind the ninth and 10th placed finishers.
This was followed up by a solid 10th in the second race, where being collected in an early-race incident prevented him from doing better in the final race, as a good start left him running sixth at the end of the first lap.
Rayman said: “It was an excellent weekend, which I owe to the boys at Parker Motorsport, who have worked incredibly hard on the kart and my driving to find this pace”.
Josh is out again at Cadwell Park on Saturday and Sunday for the concluding rounds of the English Championship.
