IN addition to the Hildreds Netball League at the Skegness Academy on a Wednesday evening, players from various teams in the league join together to form the Seasiders netball squad who play in the Lincolnshire County Netball League.

Two teams have entered the Lincolnshire County Netball League for the winter 2012 and are both placed in Division 1. The first matches of the division have taken place over the past couple of weeks.

Seasiders Blue played at the central venue in Lincoln against a strong Sleaford Barge A team. However, excellent defending, centre court play and shooting gave seasiders the overall victory against Sleaford Barge A with a final score of 44 to 39. Player of the match went to C.Wyman of Seasiders Blue.

Seasiders Pink travelled to Monks Dyke School playing Louth in Division 1 recently, again bringing home a well-earned victory with a final score of 45 to eight placing Seasiders Pink at the top of Division 1.
