The year eight netball team at Queen Elizabeth’s Grammar, Alford, have been crowned district champions.

The team won all of their six matches with clear margins.

The win followed their victory earlier in the month at the DRET Invitational Tournament in Grantham.

After winning all their pool games convincingly they beat Priory, Lincoln, 15-1 in their semi-final.

In the final they met DRET All Stars and won 10-8.
