A number of riders achieved person bests and Instructor Lora Hawkins and Centre Proprietor Sue Evans said they were both immensely proud of each and every rider.

Lauren Wildgoose, just nine-years-old, took not only the Junior Dressage Championship, but also ‘man of the match award’.

Jess Howard rode her heart out to win both Dressage and Jumping titles.

Jess, Sophie Daisy and Lucy also achieved four out of the first six places in the Dressage

Instructor Lora had her own personal success earlier this year when she was a finalist in the Golden Spur, the UK Instructor of the Year Awards in Nottingham.

The centre have been encouraged by Pat Fryer (Dressage) and Sonia Weightman (Jumping) who have both given time to help these teams in training.

The Pony Club is a charity and welcomes all youngsters five-to-21-years, and Willow Farm welcomes new members. Visitors are always welcome or the centre can be contacted on 01754 830316.
