Robin Beecroft struck four times for CGB Humbertherm as they hammered Sleaford Town Reserves at Fulstow in the Sills and Betteridge Lincolnshire League.

The game finished 7-1 in the Therm’s favour, a scoreline they had been on the receiving end of only seven days earlier at Skegness Town.

Humbertherm now have just one game to play, at home to the Lilywhites on Saturday when they will be looking to avenge that heavy defeat.

It will be the final league game of the season from which Town need three points to secure the league title.

Scott Lowman doubled his tally for the season when he scored Horncastle Town’s first league goals since March 15.

His brace of goals helped Town to a victory at Boston United Reserves.

Cleethorpes Town Reserves wrapped up their season with a tidy win over Ruston Sports.
