Officials have agreed that Skegness Town should be awarded the three points for a match that was abandoned with more than 10 minutes to play.
The game at Burgh Road against Gainsborough Town in February was abandoned by referee Ian Ruddock in the 80th minute when a visiting official refused to leave the technical area.
The Lilywhites led 1-0 at the time and Gainsborough faced playing the last 10 minutes with 10 men.
The FA have dealt with the disciplinary side of the incident, which paved the way for the Sills and Betteridge Lincolnshire League management committee to consider whether the game should be replayed.
The committee ruled that the result should stand and that Skegness Town be awarded the three points.
