Skegness Town have announced a number of pre-season matches as they prepare for the upcoming Balcan Lighting Lincolnshire League campaign.

The first warm-up fixture is planned for Saturday ,July 18 when Peterborough League Pinchbeck are the visitors to Burgh Road.

Seven days later Lilywhites fans get two for the price of one when Clifton bring both their reserves and first team to the seaside.

The reserves will take on Town’s second string at midday, followed by the first team challenging Nick Chapman’s boys (3pm).

On July 31 former Lilywhite Ryan Whittle will bring his Grimsby team to play Town’s reserves at Burgh Road and the following day Norfolk-based Downham Town take on last season’s Lincs League runners-up.

Downham finished ninth in Division One of the Eastern Counties League last season.

The seasiders taken on Sileby Town at Burgh Road on August 8, seven days before the big kick-off, while their Boston League side travel to East Lindsey rivals Horncastle Town Reserves.
