Skegness Town will be reaching for new heights when they move into their new ground later this year.

And they will be given a helping hand by local firm Vertigo Scaffold.

The company has signed a sponsorship deal that not only includes their name on the home strips at the new stadium in Wainfleet Road, but also the venue itself.

Indeed, the ground will be known as the Vertigo Stadium when it is handed over to the club at the start of next season.

Company director John Parker said: “We are proud to be the club’s main sponsor and look forward to consolidating our already sound relationship with Skegness Town.”

Club chairman Martin Jackson welcomed the news that Vertigo was continuing to back the seasiders.

“The proposals for the new ground have generated a lot of interest among local businesses,” he said.

“Support like Vertigo’s is crucial if we are to secure the long term future of this great club.”

There are a number of ways to support the Lilywhites as businesses or as individuals, including advertising in the match day programme and at the new ground.
