All playing pitches on site have now been reconfigured as part a £2.7million refurbishment project and relocation of Skegness Town Football Club.

The new pitch is designed for competitive league and recreational sport and enables continuous, year-round use, significantly reducing the risk of match cancellations due to bad weather and waterlogging.

Director of operations at Magna Vitae, Aeneas Richardson said; “The new facility is a fantastic addition to Skegness and the sporting hub currently being developed on Wainfleet Road.

“This helps bring together local sporting clubs and can only further facilitate the local community in becoming more active, more often and providing the opportunity to live a great life.”

Butlins held a 5-0 half time lead, going on to win 10-5.

The match raised a grand total of £130.
