Retford-born Randall, who played his county cricket with Nottinghamshire, will be a guest of Skegness Cricket Club at a dinner on the resort’s seafront.

He will speak at the event at the Suncastle and answer questions, possibly one about the time he was infamously run out by Sir Geoffrey Boycott against Australia.

The evening will be held on October 1, starting at 7.30pm.
