The semi-finals saw Carl drawn against defending chanpion Martin Bell, with Martin just edging it to claim his place in the final.

In the other semi-final, Chris got the better of Anthony Hully.

Martin appeared to be down and out in the final as Chris stormed the first leg and had five darts at doubles to take the title, but Martin took the leg to send the game into a deciding leg and promptly started strong and took the game thus defending his title.

The men’s doubles semi-final saw Dave Andrew and Dan Starkey go down to Lee Dore and Chris Fletcher, giving Chris his second final of the night.

Carl Parnham and Shaun Wilson beat teammate Carl Abbiss and Mark Grey in the other semi-final,

In the final, Chris and Lee took the first leg with Lee checking out on 128. The second leg saw Chris just miss his double on 108, and Carl and Shaun gratefully stepped in to take the match to a deciding leg, which they just won.

The mixed pairs saw rising star Brad Martin and Mel Dore take on seasoned campaigner Lee Dore and Cathy Bailey.

Brad showed his intention with his first throw, hitting a 180 and went on to record the win and his first final in the league against Ian and Helen Hutchin, who defeated Mark Bailey and Karen Woods.

In the other semi, the final went to a deciding leg, with Brad and Mel getting the win.
