Monday - YOUNG windsurfer Robert York, of Skegness, won second place at the Royal Yachting Association's Twiname Zone and Home Country Championships at the weekend.

Robert, 12, was representing the East Zone in the contest against 360 junior sailors from all over the UK. He claimed second in the 4.5m sail class.

In April Robert, who represents Team GB, competed in the UKWA Inland series in Carsington, Derbyshire. Blustery conditions saw Robert challenge himself by taking part in the 5.5m class and he won third place.
