ONCE again Skegness showed their remarkable never-say-die qualities by coming back from a goal down to earn a point in a keenly fought game.
Captain Adam (Billy) Shinn was at the heart of most of
Town's moves with his probing passing to Greg Brown and Dan Starkey.
Starkey's tireless running was bringing little reward against a determined defence keen not to repeat the five-goal mauling Skegness inflicted on them at Burgh Road three weeks ago.
The nearest Skegness came to scoring was when a Josh Bartlett corner dropped to Shinn whose shot struck the post and was
then cleared.
Disaster struck early in the second-half, and it was Nimmo who timed his run to perfection to beat Town's defenders and slide the ball home to put Humbertherm one up.
This was the cue for Town's co-manager, Barry Kilmore, to bring on Welbourn for Bartlett and move Steve Appleby forward into midfield.
With Skegness still trailing, Tuplin and Lyons replaced Starkey and Vaughan with 20 minutes to go.
Town's pressure paid off, when Ashley Murrell won a header in the centre circle, the ball falling kindly to Shinn whose
through-ball to Brown was perfect and the striker made no mistake in slipping the ball under the advancing keeper.
Skegness continued pushing forward for a second goal with sub Tuplin playing well.
Overall, a draw was a fair result with Bunce making an incredible point-blank save from a Nimmo header just before the end.
