Saturday - GRASS track champion Michael Faulkner continues to do well coming second in the Midlands Centre Championships at the weekend.

Michael, of Little Steeping, narrowly missed out on winning at Worcester in the 350cc class after being beaten by just a wheel's length.

In the 500cc class he took fifth position and was the only rider competing in two classes.

He will return to Worcester on October 11 for the final round of the Midlands Centre Championships and his points won on Sunday will contribute to his total.
