BRAINY Spilsby student Craig Seal has picked up an award for outstanding contribution to law and university life at Liverpool Hope University.

Craig, 21, recently graduated from the university with a 2:1 BA(Hons) in law and politics and picked up the Sweet and Maxwell sponsored award.

Law lecturer at Liverpool Hope University John Sawyer said of Craig: "He has the ability and competence to go on and have a successful time in law."
Craig and two other volunteers have formed the Big Hope Friendship Foundation (BHFF) which aims to promote the Liverpool declaration on leading change in our times, by encouraging others to talk and listen to each other and understand different viewpoints.

He has been appointed the first president of the foundation. He said: "I look forward to furthering the aims of the Big Hope Friendship Foundation over the next five years."
