SPILSBY Town Council will investigate the land it owns after receiving a letter from the Land Registry offering a 25 per cent discount on land registration.
Town clerk Sarah Marshall told councillors at the council's meeting at the Franklin Hall on Thursday the offer covered any piece of land the council owned.

Coun Peter Grant suggested the council look at all its land and try to register it, which councillors agreed to.
