‘Why isn’t Anglian Water prosecuted?’

EDITOR - I see in the local news a farm in East Keal has been fined £22,500 for failing to comply with a permit for controlling smell from their farm.

What I would like to ask is why Anglian Water Authority have not been in court and stung with the same fine?

You only have to travel any day from Ingoldmells to Skegness to see what I mean.

But I guess in this case the Environment Agency are looking after their Anglian Water mates.
