Skegness is a fine example of a seaside town

Have your say

EDITOR - My wife and I have enjoyed several visits to Skegness in recent years, and the Lonely Planet guide surely misses the point.

Skegness is a fine example of a typical English seaside town where you expect to find candy floss, bingo and Kiss Me Quick hats. That is why people go to the seaside.

It has a reasonable range of shops, pubs and eating houses and there is plenty to please all tastes.

We were in Skegness last week and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
