Young people helped to hit their targets

Young people with special educational needs were helped to find a fufilling future at an information day.

The Achieving Aspirations event took place at the Linkage Community Trust’s Toynton All Saints campus on Saturday.

Advice and guidance was provided for young people progressing into further education, training or employment.

Assistance was available to deal with issues including residential and community living, personal budgets and pathways into work.

The aim was to help young people and their families make informed choices about progressing into adulthood.

Visitors were also able to enjoy fun activities including a sensory workshop, digital crafts, golf and archery.
