Skegness crash victims cut from car and flown to hospital
An injured driver and their passenger were cut from car wreckage and taken to hospital after an accident in SKegness this morning.
The car left the road at Roman Bank near Fenland Laundries at around 10.40am when fire crews, paramedics, police and the air ambulance were called to help.
Although neither occupant was trapped, firefighters cut them free of the wreckage to prevent worsening suspected neck and back injuries.
They were taken to hospital by air and road ambulance although neither’s condition is feared life-threatening.
No other vehicle was involved and the road remains open.
