A charity tea dance is taking place at the Alford Corn Exchange on Wednesday, September 10 at 2pm.
Music will be provided by the Tea Time Three, featuring vocalist Sarah Blair Manning, and tickets are £6 including afternoon tea.
It is the first event of its kind to be held at the venue since the Corn Exchange was taken over by a charitable trust last year. Tea dances are popular around Lincolnshire and the venue, which has undergone considerable decoration, lends itself to this type of occasion. The organisers are hoping that people will come and take advantage of the refurbished dance floor. But anyone who just wants to come and listen to the music will be most welcome.
Proceeds will be donated to the Louth and District Hospice and Alford Corn Exchange. For tickets call 01507 463091 or email email@example.com
