THIS year’s Spilsby’s Got Talent competition is shaping up to be the biggest and best yet, organisers have announced.

Successful entrants from the audition stage held at Spilsby Theatre on Thursday will now battle it out in two rounds of heats scheduled for Tuesday and Thursday, August 21 and 23.

Spilsby Theatre’s Bruce Knight said: “This year’s competition is looking really fantastic, we have some amazing guitarists and singers both young and slightly more mature.

“We even have Elvis Presley!

“It is an absolute joy to see so much local talent here on the stage at Spilsby Theatre.”

Winners from the heats will progress to a final to be held at the theatre on Saturday, August 25, where they will perform alongside some of the town’s favourite entertainers.

All shows start at 7.30pm and tickets cost £4 for adults, £2 for children.
