Skegness Mayor and Mayoress George and Juile Saxon were special guests at the official opening of Warren James jewellers in Skegness.

The store, at the Hildreds Shopping Centre, welcomed its first customers following the ribbon cutting ceremony on Saturday led by Mr Saxon and manager Crystal Furniss.

The retailer, jewellery specialists since 1979, is one of the largest jewellery chains in the UK with 155 stores nationwide.

Area manager Dawn said: “We are all very excited to open our doors in May, and can’t wait to start meeting shoppers in Skegness.

“We are a team of jewellery lovers and the whole team can’t wait to deliver great advice and service to our new customers. We’re confident that shoppers will be quick to catch on to the amazing saving opportunities we have to offer.”

Centre manager, Steve Andrews, said, “To have the new Warren James store in the Hildreds will be an asset to the centre and will provide another high quality shop in the town. We welcome them to the Hildreds family and wish them happy trading.”

Warren James can be found at Unit 6a in the Hildreds Centre.
