It’s smokey with a hint of apple and the colour is bright enough to make make even the youngest residents in Skegness smile.
A new Skegness Carnival cheese is hitting the shelves of an award-winning delicatessen in the towm– but you’ll have to wait until the official launch tomorrow to bag yours.
When you do, Chuckling Cheese Company in the Hildreds Centre are donating 15p of every one sold to the carnival.
Lucky residents got a taste of the new cheese when the Skegness Standard was invited to try it by shop owners Stuart Colclough and Emma Smith this morning and you can see the video of our live broadcast on Facebook here.
