Alford Neighbourhood Policing Team asked primary schools in Alford, Willoughby and Huttoft to take Part in designing their own police themed Christmas tree decorations, which have been placed on the NPT Christmas trees at Alford Manor House and Alford Police Station.

The decorations were judged by the NPT team and Sgt Gary Joynes.

Winners attended Alford Manor House to receive their prizes, which were kindly donated by local businesses Callabys, Co-op, Jai’s Superstore, Kwik-e-Mart and McColls. The prizes were presented by Chief Insp Jim Tyner (pictured).

Winners are: Willoughby Primary School; Year 6 - Freya Kirk and Amelia Houlden; Alford Primary School: Year 6 - Daniel Evison and Hayden Hind; Huttoft Primary School: Year 6 - Libby Staw, Layla Coates, Finlay Wood, Ellie Broadhead and Emily Otter; Year 3 - Kai Rawlings, Isabelle Cook, Lacey Clarke and Charlie Casey; Year 2 - Genevieve Campbell’Owen, Connor Parnell, Joseph Rowthorn and Kai Johnson.
