Model planes take to skies for flying show

The Lincolnshire Aviation Heritage Centre at East Kirkby is hosting the Large Model Flying Show next month.

Model plane enthusiasts from across the country will be taking part in the event that is being held on Saturday, May 2 and Monday, May 4.

Large Model Association public relations officer Paul Needham said: “This show attracts some of the top large model aircraft builders and pilots from all over the country and Europe. The models flying and on display range from the Edwardian era up to the most modern jets.”

Admission: adults £10, children, 10-15, £4, under 10s free.
