A medieval family fun day is taking place at Northcote Heavy Horse Centre in Spilsby tomorrow (Sunday).
There will be mounted ‘knights’ jousting, birds of prey, archery, gymnastics on horseback, fire displays, dogs, stalls, a bouncy castle, barbecue and much more.
This will be the last major fundraising event for the charity which has offered sanctuary to horses, ponies and smaller animals for more than 26 years.
The centre, off Sandy Lane, is well known for its popular medieval tournaments which contribute to the critically-needed funds that help to keep it afloat.
The admission price is £5 adults and £3.50 for child or pensioners.
The gates open at 10.45am with the parade of horses fromt 11.15am- 3.30pm
