Woman who fell out of wheelchair thanks Skegness youngsters for rushing to her aid

A woman who fell out of her wheelchair wishes to show her gratitude to a group of nearby teens who hurried to her aid.

Wheelchair user, Tamara who lives in Skegness, got into difficulty near Tower Gardens at around 1pm on Saturday, February 9 and needed help to get back into her chair.

“I would just like to thank those teens as they were so helpful, lifting me back into my chair and even asked if I needed an ambulance, they didn’t leave me until they were sure I was okay,” Tamara said.

She said she thought it gave the young people of Skegness a good name.
