Saturday, May 7, marked one whole year since the latest administration took over on Boston Borough Council and Conservative MP Matt Warman won the Boston and Skegness seat in Parliament by securing 18,981 votes, gaining a majority of 4,336 over second-placed UKIP candidate Robin Hunter-Clarke.
