U3A in hospice talk
THE ST Barnabas Hospice will be the subject at the next Skegness U3A meeting at the Crown Hotel on Wednesday, September 19 at 9.30am.
The speaker will be Ruth O’Melia.
Meanwhile, members of the U3A’s Solitaires Group recently attended a Rod Stewart tribute concert at the Grosvenor House Hotel and at the end of the month will be visiting Kings Lynn and Springfields.
Theatre Group members will be attending the Janice Sutton ‘Two Tickets to Broadway’ show at the Embassy next Friday and they are also booked to see the Ballet at the Embassy on October 9.
