Police investigating an assault on a disabled man in Tower Gardens on Sunday evening (June 8) say they have the names of all three boys they wanted to speak to in relation to the offence.
Pc kate Woods of Skegness Police Station wishes to thank all who contacted the station in relation to the incident involving a male in a disability scooter and the youngsters.
Poice say they have received numerous calls and have now got names for all three boys and have or are arranging to speak to the boys in relation to this incident.
Police also confirm that the investigation is ongoing but thank everyone for their responses on the matter.
They say no futher information is required, unless the actual incident was witnessed.
Police also report that they have received information that malicious comments are being made towards the boys on social networking sites and ask this to stop.
They say any reports of malicious communications will be taken seriously by Lincolnshire Police and if further reports of such behaviour are reported then ‘positive action’ will be taken.
