Tealight fire sparks Burgh le Marsh call-out
A burning tealight left unattended on a heater led to a call-out for fire and rescue crews over the weekend.
Crews from Skegness and Wainfleet attended the fire at a property on Burgh le Marsh High Street shortly after 3am on Saturday.
The fire was extinguished upon arrival and the crews removed the heater’s power supply, took the tealight into the open air and carried out an inspection.
