Surgery presents cheque to Air Ambulance
CHARITABLE staff and patients from a Burgh Le Marsh doctors surgery have managed to raise hundreds for a worthy charity.
A total of £820 was raised through a series of fund raising activities held at The Hawthorne practice in Burgh Le Marsh, including book sales, a quiz and raffle.
A presentation was made by Hawthorne surgery to John Turner from the Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire Air Ambulance for £820 on Thursday.
The surgery would like to thank the community and local businesses for their support in fund raising through book sales and raffle prizes.
