Jon Bebb and Tony Walker were greeted on Friday by the Mayor of Skegness Carl Macey, The Jolly Fisherman, chairman of Skegness & Distict Chamber of Commerce Tony Tye, and Brenda Futurs and her Skegness Ambadssadors.

The riders set off at 8.30am to raise money for LOROS, the Leicester Hospice charity, and arrived early at 4.40pm. Former Red Coat at Skegness Butlins Tony said: “What a tremendous welcome. It’s always been a dream of ours to do this but we are normally runners.”

Brenda added: “We were delighted to be there to welcome the cyclists and we are really pleased that they had chosen Skegness as their destination.”
